CNDS survey, 2000/2001

I'm just adding the on-line tests, so please check back here in a few weeks. I intend to automatically grade the tests, and give an instant assessment of performance. For just now, I've just made them display the correct or incorrect answer. Also I get asked by a lot of people about the connections to a cross-over and straight-through network cable, thus I've included it here.
