Title : Next Generation Authentication Infrastructures with Role-based Security for Cloud Computing

Outline :

This project will investigate the enhanced protocols such as SAML, WS-* to produce next generation identity management systems which integrate with role-based security for cloud-based services.

Deliverables :

•  Investigation of Authentication Infrastructure and the usa ge of the WS-* infrastructure.

•  Design on an role-based system with identify management.

•  Implementation of an integration authentication infrastructure with services provided from the cloud, and role-based security applied to these.

•  Evaluation of the performance of the infrastructure.

Required Resources :

This project will require a standard Windows/Linux environment, typically through a virtual environment.

Skillsets :

Systems integration, Server/Service configuration, and ASP.NET (training will be given on this).
