WWW pages are becoming more like printed paper. At one time WWW
pages typically had coloured background, and often even had background
images. They tend, these days, is to use a white background, as
the human eye is most used to this type layout. I've never really
been too keen on the DSMA WWW page, so I've revised it with a
clean layout, with lots of straight edges to guide the eye:

I think the colours used are now more consistant. There is also
a blue bar which leads from the menu options on the right-hand
side to the main content. This shows the user the menu option
they have chosen.
