WWW pages of the past (May 2002) | |||
| My WWW layout has always been focused on quickly producing content and for easy-to-use menu items, and not so much on enhancing the look of the page. So let's start with one of my least favouriate layouts:
The menu system on the right hand side is useful (as it is a drop down menu system), but it looks a bit messy. So let's tidy up the menu system, and organise the information on the areas into small rectangular text boxes:
Finally we can add a blue background, and sharpen the graphics, to give:
What do you think? I like the tidy feel of the new page. Unfortunately it makes the other pages look a bit dated.
