Sept 2001 (Pt I)

I've modified many of the pages, but one of the major changes has been to update the CNDS and NOS pages so that they have a simple-looking design. I've gone for a pure white background as it seems to be the trend in WWW pages design.

The main change is to change the side-menu so that it does not contain a side-bar, as this seems to offset the page. Another major change has been to replace the menu box with a more integrated-looking menu box, as shown below:
